CodeFlowMu-open is the historical open-source edition of CodeFlowMu. It is preserved for engineering history, research reference, reproducibility, and users who still depend on the last open release.
The CodeFlowMu project itself has not stopped. Current CodeFlowMu development continues as a separate closed-source product line, and its source repository is no longer public.
The current product development and distribution path is now completely separate from this historical open repository:

The current product is still completing productization and installer-chain validation, so CodeflowMu-Distribution remains private for now. After the product is complete and the formal Release Gate passes, we will decide whether to make the distribution repository public.

GitHub users without repository access may currently see a 404. This is because the product is not yet complete and the distribution repository has not been opened, not because the CodeFlowMu project has stopped or the repository does not exist.
If the distribution repository is opened in the future, users will obtain the formal installation path from its README, customer documentation, and GitHub Releases. CodeFlowMu source code will still not be published through that distribution repository.
Do not treat installation instructions, version numbers, or Releases in this historical repository as the installation path for the current CodeFlowMu product.
CodeFlowMu Open provided a local-first multi-agent development team with PM / DEV / OPS / QA roles, independent EVAL observation, FCoP task/report/evidence workflows, PC Panel, Mobile PWA, Cursor SDK integration, and controlled Windows/Browser Use.
This edition predates the formalization of TMPA V1.0 and is part of the engineering history that informed later CodeFlowMu and TMPA work. It is not claimed as the current CodeFlowMu implementation or as a current TMPA-conformant reference implementation.
The existing source tree, installation guides, screenshots, manuals, release records, and Git history remain available in this repository for historical reference.

Freezing this repository does not retroactively change the license of code already published here. Historical CodeFlowMu Open source remains governed by the license terms under which those versions were released.
Future private CodeFlowMu product code is not published or synchronized through this repository.
